New Life Pathway is a compassionate family care home and transitional living community dedicated to providing safe, stable housing and life-changing support for individuals and families in need. Founded with a heart for service and a commitment to restoring dignity, we exist to give people a second chance at stability, hope, and a fresh start.

Whether serving residents in our family care home, supporting individuals transitioning from challenging circumstances, or reaching the homeless through community outreach, our purpose remains the same: to help people get back on their feet and move forward with confidence.

Through compassionate care, life-skills training, employment support, and community partnerships, we strive to break cycles of instability and inspire new pathways toward independence, self-sufficiency, and long-term success. New Life Pathway exists to be more than a place to live—we are a home where transformation begins.

Why We Exist

Life can take unexpected turns, and many individuals find themselves without the support needed to recover. New Life Pathway was created to stand in that gap—providing shelter, guidance, and care to those too often overlooked or forgotten.

What We Do

At New Life Pathway, we provide a range of essential services designed to meet the physical, emotional, and practical needs of those we serve:

Family Care Home

A structured, supportive, and nurturing environment where residents receive personalized care, guidance, and resources that promote stability, independence, and improved quality of life.

Transitional Housing

Safe, short-term housing that bridges the gap for individuals rebuilding after homelessness, incarceration, hospitalization, or other life challenges. We help residents regain footing, access services, and transition successfully into permanent housing.

Homeless Outreach

Our heart extends beyond our doors. Through community outreach, clothing assistance, meals, care packages, and support programs, we serve those experiencing homelessness with dignity and compassion.
